LAMBO DOOR KIT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Disconnect the positive and ground terminal from the battery.
2. Open and fully extend the door. Take off the doorstopper bracket that's
connected between the door and the inner frame.
3. Unbolt and take off the front fenders and the doors.
4. remove all factory hinges.
5. Set; line up the door kit to the inner frame and the bolt holes.
6. Bolt the door kit hinges to top and bottom inner frame.
7. Line up and bolt the lambo door kit to the door.
8. Recheck and make sure the lambo door kit is securely bolted to the door
and the inner frame.
9. Unbolt and take off the doorstopper bracket.
10. Lift up the door to install the reinforced shock to the door kit.
11. Install the shock by bolt on it the socket end and the other part on the
special end.
12. bolt the balls end (socket) in the down hole on the hinge with 2 "washers"
and one "lock" (look the picture on the website)
13. bolt the other end in the holes at the top of the hinge.
14. make sure all are good bolt on the hinge.
15. the lambo door kit installed. Recheck and tighten all the bolts.
16. Use adjustment screw to adjust the door kit so the door opens and closes
properly. (It's the longer step into the instalation of lambo door kit)
17. Recheck and tighten all the bolts.
18. Extend wire harness (power mirror, windows, locks) for when the door go
up. Certain models don't need to do this step.
19. Without bolting on, place fender on the car. Open the door to check for
fender clearance fromthe door kit hinges bracket.
20. Reshape or roll the edge of the fenders if more clearance is required. This
step is required for most cars.
21. Grease all moving parts on the hinges with WD-40 for example all 2 months.
It's very important if you want your lambo kit can
open and close
without problems for many years.
