SHIPPING DAMAGE

alxmic performance inc packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally in transit. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier. Therefore, all damage claims must be made by the purchasers directly to the carrier. All products shipped by alxmic performance inc are insured for their full value. In case of damage retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn or broken packing) on the freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of arrival (where the box is intact but the merchandise inside is damaged), then it must be reported to the shipping company within 24 working hours after receipt of shipment. After inspecting the damaged merchandise, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair costs or replacement value of the damaged goods. Replacement value is not negotiable, it is the amount that you paid. Repair cost is an arbitrary amount which can be negotiated with the carrier in the event of disagreement.

All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. Alxmic performance inc under no circumstances shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However, as a courtesy, we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event that you need assistance.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges will be accepted only with a return authorization from Alxmic performance inc. Returns, cancelled orders and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of product otherwise will be refused. Return Authorizations do not guarantee a replacement or a refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Items must be returned in new or reasonable condition. All returned items must be in unused, unaltered, unpainted condition along with all the hardware, instruction, etc, because if not, we will refused to do a full refund.

Returns must be sent freight prepaid by you the customer. Any COD shipments will be refused and sent back to you. Unwanted merchandise returns are subjected to 35% restocking fee and must be received within 25 days from the time of invoicing. If an order has not shipped yet, a 35% processing fee applies to cancellations.

Full refund on the purchase price is given only for defective products or a wrong product sent due to our fault. (Damaged products are not considered defective and wrong products.) SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packaging or better if the original packaging is not in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his own protection, since neither Alxmic performance inc or the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refund will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to Alxmic performance inc until the settlement of the claim with the carrier. The amount of the refund to the purchaser for the damaged returned goods will depend upon the settled claim amount.

FREE SHIPPING promotions, refunds are full refunds of purchase price MINUS the regular cost of shipping.

International orders may be subject to tariffs, taxes, and regulations. Alxmic performance inc. is not responsible for shipping delays or any additional fees for international orders.

Alxmic performance inc is not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, or bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts).

Alxmic performance inc is not liable for any illegal street use of these parts.

Some products sold may be intended for off-road/show/race use only and are not intended for use on public highways. You, as the buyer/user, are responsible for complying with any/all local, state, and federal laws.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR LAMBO DOORS KIT

This lambo door kit have a limited lifetime warranty against manufacture defect. The parts can't be warranty if the customer can't proove it's a manufacture defect and if the parts are used for another application of this make to. Professionnal instalation is highly recommended, because if the customer break the hinges or shocks because it's the customer install the lambo kit himself, we can't NEVER warranty parts (shocks and/or hinges). We NEVER accept to replace a parts WITHOUT the invoice of buying, not the invoice of a reseller, but our invoice (the invoice of Alxmic Performance). We never accept to replace a part if this a copy of this invoice. We need to have the original invoice for we can proceed to the replacement of a part. We never replace 2 parts on the same lambo kit. After one replacement, we never do another replacement in the future for the same lambo door kit. We never accept to replace a part with cutting, drilling, welding or grinding (just little changes too). After you make change on the hinges or on the shock, we are NOT responsible of this kit and the lifetime warranty is cancel. We will never accept to pay shipping fees of the return and for sending part after the replacement. It's your responsability to pay all shipping fees for the replacement parts, customs fees too. We will can't return or replace hinge if you don't pay the post fees for the return of your merchandise. It's the responsability to the customer because it's him parts.

The customer need to grease all moving parts (where are the bolts on the hinges) for prevent problem with the lambo kit.

We never can't replace a part if the hinges have many trace of rust near the bolt of the hinges.

It's the reason why grease this parts at any 2 months for prevent problems and for have a valid lifetime warranty.

If we can see a little trace of weld on the shock or a little trace of cut (grinding) on the shock, we can't proceed to replacement and your request will be reject.

If you return a hinges or shock for manufacture defect, DON'T FORGET to take in the box(of the return):

-the breaking part

-the original invoice of Alxmic performance inc (very important if not we can't proceed to replacement)

-sheet of warranty (very important because it's not all lambo kit have lifetime warranty)

-your address for returning merchandise

-invoice of the professionnal instal the kit on your car.

Don't forget to send a money order or a check for pay the return fees by post (for you will receive the new part) if you don't send it, we will send new part by COD and you will pay COD fees more.(COD only available for canadian resident).

Alxmic Performance inc will NEVER be responsible of injuries or breaking parts on a car with this lambo door kit. The customer of this lambo door kit have the responsability of injuries or breaking parts on cars. Not any person can't sue Alxmic Performance inc. for injuries or broken parts on a car. Alxmic Performance have no responsabilities with the lambo door kit when the kit is received by customer. The fees for instalation, broken parts, customs fees are the responsability of the customer and are never refund by Alxmic performance inc.

Instalation fees, broken parts, injuries, customs fees and others fees may be occured are the responsability of the buyer/customer of the lambo door kit and this fees will be never refunded by Alxmic performance inc.

Alxmic performance inc have no responsability after you received the lambo door kit.
